What this covers

Within this website, the Company carries out processing of personal data.

That processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology and civil liberties, as amended.

Which data does the Site process, and why?

• Through online forms, the Company may collect the following personal data: your first name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number, the type and subject of the message, and the message itself.
  That data is collected and processed in order to offer users ways of reaching the Company's services.
  The legal basis for that processing is consent.
• Through the newsletter subscription form, the Company collects your email address in order to send institutional information.
  The legal basis for that processing is consent.
• Through cookies, the Company may collect browsing data in order to keep the Site working properly.

Where a piece of information is mandatory, an asterisk says so on the form, at the moment the data is collected.

Unless stated otherwise, the personal data collected is intended for internal use and is not meant to be shared with third parties beyond the cases provided for by law and regulation. It may nevertheless be made reachable by the providers (processors, in the sense of the regulation) of the communication department, under its control, for the strict needs of their assignment and within its limits.

For how long is your data kept?

Your data is kept for as long as the purposes described above require, in accordance with the legislation in force.

• Newsletter data is kept for as long as the publication lasts. It is deleted for good one month after the publication stops.
• Form data is kept for one year at most, by the communication department or by the service the form was addressed to.
• Your choice regarding cookies is kept for six months.

Once those periods are over, the data is anonymised or deleted.

Which rights do you hold over your data, and how do you exercise them?

In accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, you hold a right of access, of rectification, of modification and of deletion concerning the data relating to you.

You may exercise that right by writing through our contact form, stating where possible the context in which this collection of personal data took place, so that we can find the information relating to you more easily.

For the newsletter, the legal basis of the processing is consent: you may withdraw it at any moment, by unsubscribing through the footer of each newsletter or by writing to us at the Contact email.

Is your data transferred outside the European Union?

The Company has chosen a host whose servers stand in Paris, France.

How is your data kept secure?

Technical and organisational security measures are put in place in accordance with the Company's information systems security policy.

Intrusion tests are run regularly in order to spot possible security flaws. Likewise, the technical foundations and components, as well as the libraries, are updated regularly, with the aim among others of correcting any flaw.
